In Chapter 1 of the behind-the-scenes vlog, we captured the bustling moments of setting up the venue in Tokyo after arriving from Seoul. The preparations we had made in advance were carefully unpacked and arranged.

Setting up is one of the toughest parts of hosting an event, especially for an overseas showcase. The limited resources and tight schedule left us no time to rest, and everyone worked tirelessly throughout the day.

However, the sense of accomplishment we felt after completing the setup and seeing the pristine venue made it all worthwhile. To top it off, we ended the day with a well-deserved and delicious dinner, easing the exhaustion and gearing up for the next day. 😊
